"A Brighter Tomorrow" is training video like no other that peeks into the everyday lives of employees at the fictional Ardum and Company. In this interactive outing, each employee deals with various matters centered on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion that trickle throughout the ethics of the company. Matters of belonging, knowing the differences of intent and impact, calling out and recognizing privilege, unconscious bias, how to be empathetic and many more are at the forefront of this interactive movie that puts the viewer in the shoes of those experiencing difficulties in a corporate setting and provides ways to deal with them.
