Vaka-i Al'am Al Mukbil (1986)

Young Syrian musician who has graduated from Moscow Conservatory, fights against the popular· degenerated forms of music and tries to develop new strategies towards a contemporary concept for Syrian music. He wants to develop a notion of music which finds its roots in the Iradilianal music nourished by universal classical music. He is determined to establish a philharmonic orchestra. Bul this will not be easy, due to bureaucratic barriers and personal problems.
