In 2007 a couple comes to hospital of Dr Purshottam to abort their baby as its baby girl the whole of the hospital staff is involved with this crime of abortion.Deepak a professional photographer blackmails people for money he manages to enter Dr Purshottam hospital and discover the crime and clicks the photos secretly but Dr Purshottam finds about it and bribes him.Deepak feels its wrong thing and decides to expose them but gets killed by the hospital Compounder Muna Mauli.On the other hand a pregnant Reema looses her twins due to allergic reaction but later finds that it was planned by her husband Siddhu as he and his parents didn't want girl child.Seven years in 2014 Dr Amrita Deshmukh and her team are working on data where they finds details about missing pregnancies and try to trace the people while a cop tries to investigate about Deepak whose termed missing.Dr Amrita targets Dr Zende who claims to be clean but Dr Purshottam asks Dr Zende to file suite against her.Amrita's main target was to expose Dr Purshottam as she is well aware that he and his hospital staff conduct illegal abortions but have no evidence.Amrita is left off with a warning but her seniors but she decides to conduct a sting operation with Reema and Dr Kawle but things will be challenging for her again which could also cost her job.
