Sinners (2022)

Father Conrad, a Catholic priest, is unexpectedly murdered on Christmas Night in the English village of Oguns. Detective Walsh, an old friend of Mother Superior from the convent and a private investigator, is drafted in to solve the case. Interviewing each suspect over video call, the only way he can due to pandemic rules, Walsh makes a number of surprising discoveries about what has really been going on in the village. The most intriguing of them all, he learns that the suspects closely resemble the seven deadly sins. As each suspect provides clues, he builds his suspect board and his case. One by one, he puts the pieces of the puzzle together. Will he discover who the murderer is? Created during the pandemic when no-one was in the same room, Sinners makes the most out of mystery in a difficult situation.
