The docufilm is a story that unravels between history and current events, between past and present and is centered on the figure of the pizza chef, or the one who with his work and his knowledge manages to give life to one of the most eaten and popular foods of the whole planet. Accompanying us throughout the journey is Maurisa Laurito's narrator; among the testimonies that we must expect, central to telling this fantastic world, there are those of entrepreneurs of the Pizza world such as Alessandro Condurro of Da Michele in the World, the well-known journalist Tommaso Esposito, Sergio Miccù president of the Neapolitan Pizzaiuoli Association but also great protagonists and pizza makers such as Franco Pepe (Pepe in Grani) and Vincenzo Capuano (of the pizzeria of the same name).
