Mantis (2022)

Late at night in a dusty South London laundrette frozen in time, Jas is doing her laundry. She's in a world of her own when Chris, with brash confidence and self-importance, decides to strike up a conversation. Ignoring Jas' clear signals that she isn't interested, Chris persists with increasingly tone-deaf and pushy behaviour, ultimately 'escorting' her home uninvited. Upon entry to Jas' apartment, the tables are turned and Chris has no idea of the spider's web he has unwittingly found himself caught in and the bloody secrets within.
