This 14-minute film is designed to create an atmosphere in which people can speak seriously and openly about their thoughts and feelings concerning sexual behavior. The film concerns the conflict a young couple faces because of their different attitudes toward sex. At the point of maximum tension, the film ends and a narrator appears and poses questions to elicit a discussion of feelings, attitudes, and values. The publisher indicates that this film is appropriate for senior high students, college students, and adults. The film can be shown to a large group of students followed by a group discussion. The teacher may wish to test student knowledge of the subject prior to viewing the film as well as direct the subsequent discussion to meet the particular needs of the group. An instructor's guide accompanies the film and contains an introduction to concepts dealt with in the film, objectives to be covered, a synopsis of the film, a list of key terms, and a variety of test questions. At the end of the guide are recommended resources helpful for follow-up exercises.
