Disappearances... What if a magical fairy beyond human knowledge is lurking in the shadows of incidents that could occur in our daily lives? Mysterious disappearances and slaughters in a seemingly peaceful and ordinary port town are so bizarre that all the bodies found have been mummified. Detective Junpei investigates this mysterious case. His father, who was also a detective, disappeared 20 years ago while investigating another strange case. One day, Junpei rescues a bewitching woman named Aoko who is being attacked by hoodlums. She was working at a restaurant where hostesses were forced into prostitution. Kuroda, a young head of the Ino clan, who is a close friend of the store's owner, disposes of Marie, a Filipina hostess, so that the police will not intervene in the case of a serial murder. The case is solved on the assumption that Marie was the real murderer, but Sendo, who cannot believe that Marie is the murderer, continues his investigation on his own. However, he cannot believe that Marie is the real culprit, so he continues his investigation on his own.
