Rogue Force (2023)

Just when he thought he was out, they pulled him back in. Robert Tallahassee, a bent cop from Upstate Liberty gets transferred down south to sunny Vice City where he screws things up down there too by abusing his police authority. Whilst in the chaos of his profession, he tries to achieve a goal of hunting down and finishing off a cocaine kingpin to make the streets just a tad bit cleaner for the public.
