After an EMP takes out the world's power, a multinational mega-corporation seizes control of the planet and creates a one-world government. To secure their control they have begun tests to create an army of super-soldiers through genetic modification and cybernetic enhancements. Now forced into a life of obedience and servitude, one of these test subjects attempts to break out of her holding facility before it is too late.
