Sport in Brazil is growing, but it still has a long way to go and the press has a very important role in this growth, especially if it ceases to be monosports and starts to give the deserved value to other sports. Sponsors also need to change their minds and know how to look at 13th place in the Olympics, which is an incredible result, they need to learn that 7th place in any sport is essential so that in the near future the athlete can go up to the podium. In addition, the internal structure of Brazil needs to improve, with equipment, places and decent training conditions, in addition to responsible leaders who know how to raise the national sport. Some modalities are on the right path, others are taking the more crooked route, but that can still become a shortcut towards glories. This is the presentation of this documentary made by the students, Guilherme Giorgi Costa, Lucas Buchhorn Cintra Damião and Murilo Figueiredo Borges, for the conclusion of the journalism course at PUC-SP.
