Head Case (2021)

Siblings Kim and Paul Eddington have dedicated their lives to following the Highlands Executioner, a serial killer that beheaded his victims and left no trace of the heads. His first victim was their own mother, which forced them into foster care as their work-absorbed father was unable to care for them. As adults, they produce a true crime podcast focused on the Executioner, and hope to use their unique status as podcasters to crack the killer's identity and find his motivation. However, the Executioner is gunned down by police, leaving a bullet-ridden body and Kim and Paul wondering what might have been.
