The Narrator, a seasoned middle-aged man, is trying to record an audio tale. The committee are there, in the studio, to make sure all rules are obeyed and nothing inappropriate reaches the audience. In a few years' time, everything would be appropriate. But void and pointless. "A Truthful Tale Story" mirrors today's world. A tale that has delighted tens of generations (The White Moor, by Ion Creanga) develops unexpected features in the hands of the censorship committee.
