Mambo Madness (1955)

Shows exponents of the current dance craze in a New York dance hall where Tito Rodriguez and His Orchestra hold forth. It also shows 'Killer' Joe Piro, who wore out one hostess after another on the dance floor of the Stage Door Canteen during the war. Candid photography displays characters performing intricate steps to frenzied music. Some of the steps were obviously invented during the heat of the occasion.
