The Jokers

Forgotten and invisible to the society, thousands of ghost-like children live in Bucharest's underground sewers, in the grip of The Reign of Crime, run by The King, an older boy, nicknamed Bruce. Drug-dealing, prostitution, and murder are the main ingredients of his abusive Reign, until a French clown, named Miloud, brings his magic down to the sewers and transforms the kids - into THE JOKERS.
