He's Out (2020)

In 2005 a patient from Harborview Psychiatric Hospital escaped while participating in a controversial program aimed to help heal those with mental health problems through nature. After he was seen fleeing from an accident a statewide manhunt ensued. He was found, but too late. Too late for them.
