Alan Rothwell plays a well respected man who in the middle stages of dementia, turns violent towards his long suffering wife Ruth (Tina Earl) On the other side of town Suzanne Nichole Preston is Lena the mistreated prostitute who's lost everything to her abusive pimp Spike(Malcolm Woody Woodcock) The two women form a coalition when both their abusers are killed in a seemingly tragic accident.
