Christy (2021)

We learn the story of Christy (Ella Joyce) and her seemingly perfect boyfriend, Leo (Jacob Laing). Their perfect relationship eventually shows its true colours when the narrator, Christy, explains that their relationship turned sour and he began beating her when he didn't like or disagreed with something she did. She must decide on her own whether or not to throw herself off of the pier and end her suffering, but by the time she is right on the edge of ending it all, she comes to the conclusion that she isn't ready to throw her life away yet and she wants to be stronger than she is right now.
