Vier (2022)

A character is seen in underwear a few times.

A teacher is alleged to have acted inappropriately with children. One character claiming to have been abused probably wasn't (he himself admits being attracted to another child, for a very specific reason).

The plot revolves around a number of babies deliberately killed shortly after birth. A mother says she should have killed her only surviving child.

Characters drink beer and wine in moderation, and smoke cigarettes. A doctor injects a sedative into someone having a panic attack.

Themes of child murder, homophobia, prejudice against diversity, social conformity and prejudice, and small-town narrow mindedness.

A character has experienced two miscarriages and, with their partner, are anxious about future pregnancies and the possibility of infertility.
