Legend-in-the-making Bob Rockwell and his tenor sax was in the 1990's part of the influential Danish band "The Organizers" which also consisted of the astonishing Kjeld Lauritsen (organ), Morten Højring (guitar) and Ole Rømer (drums). This 1995 film's mix of fly-on-the-wall documentary style and specially staged concert sequences describes the contrast between the hard labor and the beautiful and vital music: a jazz band at work - both on and off stage. The inspiration from the American organ-sax bands in the 1960's is treated very personally by the band which this film captures and interprets in three full length tunes: "Two Step Snake" (K.Lauritsen), "Pannonica" (Thelonious Monk) and "For Larry Young" (K. Lauritsen)
