Eiffel (2021)

Set in Paris in the late 19th century, the plot revolves around the construction of the iconic Eiffel Tower. The engineer Gustave Eiffel is renowned for the Statue of Liberty and the french government insists that he must design something magnificent for the Universal Exposition in Paris; however, Eiffel is not interested. When he crosses paths with a woman from his past, Adrienne Bourgès, his perspective begins to change. A bittersweet love story with brilliant performances by Romain Duris and Emma Mackey.
