Stop and Smell the Roses

Beatrice Cooper is a Las Vegas based Realtor suffering after a nasty divorce. She goes to a casino to try her luck at the tables. She meets and falls into lust with a much younger man Edward Brady. A few days of drinking, and making love leads to a very steamy dance in a club where lust gives way to love. Edward wants to marry Beatrice but she wants to run away which is just what she does leaving him heartbroken when he turns up in her apartment with her daughter Sophie in tow he says "Our story is not over yet". The film examines the joys and the fears of an age crossed relationship. Will love triumph or will the harsh edge of reality undermine their relationship.
