Muerte en Paraiso (2019)

Seventeen days after Hurricane Maria has hit the island of Puerto Rico and shut down the water and power throughout every household. Ernesto, a bitter old retired businessman, is driven to madness by the obnoxious roar created by the electric generator from his next-door neighbors. Pushed to the breaking point, Ernesto decides to take matters into his own hand and takes care of his noisy neighbors.
