Opinionated and independent, Ronny has placed herself behind her bar top and muddler where she can easily set herself apart from her friends and patrons whose views she does not always approve of. She comfortably scolds her best friend, Mel, for her thoughts and interest in the nation's well-being, or lack there-of. That is until Eli, Mel's older brother, enters and brings Ronny back to the reality of her own actions. Their relationship acts as a symbol for Ronny's own hypocrisy between what she wishes of other people verses the morals she holds for herself.
