'Penelopes', named after James Joyce's 'Ulysses' and financed via crowdfunding, is Cantisani's attemp to dramatize the crisis of traditional male figure in contemporary society, which he glimpsed in Joyce and other XXth century novelist, chronicling a day in the life of a divorced middle aged man, Leonardo Nenti, a modern Leopold Bloom portrayed by Alberto Bonvento. Starring in 'Penelopes' also American actress Nicole Coffineau and Italian painter Sergio Sarra.
