Study of the life and times of MP for Blyth Valley, Ronnie Campbell. From his humble beginnings to his position as a respected Parliamentarian, the film contains interviews with The Speaker John Bercow, The Leader of Her Majesty's Opposition Jeremy Corbyn, Dennis Skinner and other political colleagues. Among the many topics covered are Ronnie's early life and role as a union convener during the Miners' strikes of the 70s and 80s and his unexpected journey into politics. Ronnie also discusses his many adventures during the strikes and his relationships with other famous figures such as Margaret Thatcher.
