Peanut (2020)

After learning that he has an abnormally small brain, John is prescribed a gun to kill himself. He is delayed slightly when he learns he must take it with food and stops by a diner. With a stomach full of pancakes, he heads to the bathroom to take his prescription. However, he learns that a gunshot to the head is not quite sufficient for his affliction.
