Little One (2020)

A husband and wife come upon a young child standing in the middle of a dark desert road. Unbeknownst to them, the child possesses the ability to provide eternal life to his owner and also instantly kill those who decide to abandon him. When the Little One's current owner threatens the couple, the four of them wrestle with truth and the justification of their heinous actions.
