Maine Upta Spain: A Weight Loss Journey

After his father's short stint in the hospital, Ethan Levesque has decided to accompany his parents as they backpack the 500 mile Camino De Santiago trail through Spain and France. In a 16 month period, Ethan plans to drop to his medically recommended weight, hike for 6 straight weeks, develop a closer relationship with my parents, and prove that obesity is a common issue that the everyday person can overcome with a simple understanding of diet and exercise.
