An Afternoon -Ek Dophair Radha is a young housewife living in a box like apartment in Old Delhi.She s unable to share intimacy with her husband , doing daily chores almost to the point of slavery. As her husband leaves for work,her afternoon life is unrestricted. To satisfy her elaborate fantasies of a modern woman, she starts wearing expensive dresses borrowed from the locality "press wallah" (clothes presser) belonging to other rich neighbors and travelling into a dream world. Her unsuspecting husband returns home in the evenings but Radha is unable to reveal her secret to him.
