Not So Different (2020)

Two estranged childhood friends, Emma, battling an addiction, and Mindy, an EMT struggling with compassion fatigue, are reunited over Emma's overdose. Both learn the pathways to recovery from addition and mental health services available in their community while confronting major issues of stigma. Through their journeys, they realize they are not so different from one another.
