Jackie Robinson Table Read Documentary: The Social Distance Activity (2020)

An innovative activity is created by the surface of 3 culminating, historic conditions during social distancing, and the short term journey that led to its execution. The Talent Connect celebrated the legacy of Jackie Robinson by performing a live Zoom table read of the script, "Jackie Robinson" written by Spike Lee in 1996. The script, never produced for the silver screen, was shared out to the public by Spike Lee himself, as an activity for all to engage in during a period of time the world is forced to practice social distancing. The event was executed on April 15, 2020, the 73rd anniversary of the national holiday, Jackie Robinson Day.
