Finca Regia (2020)

Iñaki (79), who has lived in a rented flat with an old rent-controlled contract for more than 30 years, begins to receive uncomfortable visits at home. He discovers that his apartment is for sale in an estate agent's. And the law allows the owner to sell his apartment with him included in the operation. His delicate state of health attracts speculators, but he has no intention of leaving.
