The Mad Jackrats' Wizard of Spas (2020)

Dorothy, a young woman from North Hollywood, is tired of the stay-at-home order in Los Angeles during the corona virus pandemic. She laments the days when she could go to the spa and dreams of a far off land where spas are open. While taking her beloved dog Toto from NoHo on his 7th walk of the day, a whirlwind of a wind storm lands her in a neighborhood she's never seen before. There she meets a good witch and her merry barber friends, who tell her of a magical wizard that could be the answer to her prayers. Dorothy then embarks on a whimsical journey following the Rainbow Road, meeting new friends who share her woes along the way. Together they're off to meet the magical Wizard of Spas.
