We Rise Million Voice Choir (2008)

After the tragedy of Sept 11, Gemma Bulos wrote a song called We Rise, left her career as a professional jazz singer and actress and set out on a 2 year journey to build a Million Voice Choir for Peace to sing it. This unprecedented global peace movement mobilized groups in over 100 cities in 60 countries to sing We Rise on Sept 21, 2004 in celebration of the United Nations International Day of Peace.
