And Then There Was Damien (2020)

A young woman named Karen has been arrested and institutionalized following a murder she claims she didn't commit. While Karen tries to explain that a man named Damien is responsible for the murder, a Detective and her Doctor try to put together the missing pieces of Karen story. However evidence supports a different theory casting doubt on Karen's version of what happened, now it becomes a case of proving if Karen is criminally insane with major mental health problems or if Damien really exists.
