Govinda is a helpful village guy who believes in helping people and has good relationship with village political figure Kakasaheb and gets work done from him for betterment of villagers.Sarjerao brother in law of Kakasaheb conducts all kind of illegal activities in his name by misusing his money and power and Govinda starts creating obstacles for him.Govinda meets Sundra a Tamasha dancer an cant get over her beauty and starts missing her and she suddenly arrives to perform in their village during this time Sarjerao has decided to felicitate his sister Akkasaheb in village and Govinda does for Sundra angering Sarjerao.Govinda and Sundra fall in love but he hesitates to tell his mother due to her profession as all of Sarjerao' plans are been spoil by Govinda he then decides to frame him for murder of his lover Sakhu.
