When Marco and Emlyn find out they are pregnant at 40 years old, with their third baby, they think that's the biggest surprise coming their way. But, a few weeks into her pregnancy, Emlyn is diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer, the same "monster" that stole Emlyn's mother's life when she was just a little girl. Now Emlyn must revisit her whimsical and unconventional childhood, comfort her very dysfunctional family and embrace her own voice and strength in order to survive.
