The Neighbor (2022)

Aaron is a teenage horror geek who lives with his jerk of an older brother, Ted. While walking home from school with his best friend, Jasper (after Ted "forgets" to pick them up) the boys encounter a mysterious and beautiful woman with bright purple eyes. She offers them a ride that Jasper is all too ready to accept, but which Aaron refuses. After all, since when do beautiful women offer dorky teenage boys a ride home? Aaron has seen that movie, and it never ends well. Later that night, Aaron and Jasper are deep into a horror movie marathon when they see an interesting sight. Turns out, the mysterious woman is Aaron's new neighbor and she has brought a hot date home. The boys spy on her through Aaron's window until they disappear inside. Jasper leaves the room and Aaron goes back to being a creeper. He soon spots the couple getting hot and heavy against a window and thinks he's in for a good show until her face whips up and is that of a demon, with glowing purple eyes that stare straight at him. Aaron bolts out of his room and tries to convince Jasper and Ted what he saw. They tell him all those horror movies have made him paranoid and a bit more than slightly crazy. He pleads with them to believe him but to no avail. Are they right, or are they really living across from a soul sucking demon.
