Friday The 13th Rose Blood takes place 13 months after the events of F13 VII. We find Tina Shepard being held captive at the notorious Camp Crystal Lake Research Facility. Dr. Sykes, under the rule of General Brackbower has failed in his attempts to harness Tina's telepathic power. The General has grown tired of the lack of progress and has found a new Tina.
