Trumped (2019)

A woman goes into early labor in the midst of war, and her husband is forced to leave her alone to defend their hideout when it comes under attack. He gets killed, and his wife is faced with the difficult decision to take the baby's life; rather than allowing him to die in the hands of the enemy.
