The Lost King (2022)

Based on a true story and set in 2012, it follows the quest of a history enthusiast, Philippa Langley, who sets out on a quest to find the remains of Richard III of England. Despite some misunderstanding from her family and scepticism from academic circles, her ambitious research pays off. A moving biographical drama directed by Stephen Frears with a fantastic performance by Sally Hawkins, who balances the vulnerability and strength that mark her character.
