The house manager Sinichkin is obsessed with the plan to turn the courtyard into a place of cultural recreation. All the time and all his energy he gives to thinking and drawing up projects. In the meantime, the children took possession of the yard, turning it into a football field. Passion is passed on to adults and even thoughtful house manager.
