Painting Australia (2017)

Much more than a travel diary, Painting Australia is a documentary about modern civilisation and its construction through immigration and colonisation. Along his roadtrip in Australia, Arthur "the French gardener" offers us a new fresco of a country divided between industrial progress and wilderness. Through a multiplicity of landscapes and characters, this film makes us rediscover the vices and beauties of our world, while showing us that a new way of life already exists.
