The Life of Me

Marcus Banks is handsome, compassionate, smart and wealthy and is first in line to take over the multi-million dollar real estate investment and holdings company started by his father years ago, but he's not happy. His entire adult life he's desired to know true friendships and experience real love. When the family business turns to gentrification, Marcus pushes back and fails. Frustrated, he walks away from it all and months later ends up working in a cafe as a handyman by the name of "Dom" in a small town decimated by the Coronavirus where he slowly discovers life's desires - true friendships and real love for the first time. Life is finally going his way until corrupt local politicians and the family business catches up with him. Caught between a rock and a hard place, Marcus (Dom) is forced to either keep his real identity a secret and watch his newly discovered friends and love loose their dreams and life's work, or reveal who he really is and lose everything, again.
