Atlas Station (2022)

Atlas Station serves as the underbelly of the galaxy. Home to mercenaries and bounty hunters alike. Rookie, Dax Greenhorn, attends a recruitment for a major criminal organization. The recruiter doesn't believe Dax has what it takes, deflecting Dax's attempts to persuade him with charm and humor. However, it's due to these attempts that the recruiter drops his guard. It's only when Dax has blocked him from his weapon and communication system, that the truth is revealed - Dax isn't applying for a job, he's on one. Dax divulges that there's multiple crime factions, and that they're all rivals. And that the recruiter of one, might just be a target for another. Dax relishes in his victory before gunning down his target.
