A biographical documentary covering the life story of the irrepressibly enthusiastic University of Michigan football radio announcer, Bob Ufer. Dozens of Michigan football notables appear in the film, including coaches Jim and Jack Harbaugh, Lloyd Carr and Jerry Hanlon, as well as former players including Rick Leach, Dan Dierdorf, Dennis Franklin, John Wangler and many others. Family members, friends, historians and regional radio personalities also contribute to this sentimental look back at the University of Michigan's most passionate fan.
