An Evil Within

In small town Washington A foreclosure leads to an arson. The crime spree continues the next night at the bank owner, Donald's house, when two masked robbers break in. Donald almost escapes before identifying one of them as Jeremy the man he foreclosed on. Donald tells Jeremy and the other robber where the cash is hidden before Jeremy cuts his throat. The Sheriff arrives in tome to shoot Jeremy before he can take care of Donald's son, Max. The second robber escapes in the confusion. The next day Max is taken back to the house to collect his thing. He sneaks the money in to his bag before his mother Elizabeth picks him up. The Sheriff pieces together clues at the crime scene and chases Max and Elizabeth down. He asks them about all the evidence that was left behind and Max and Elizabeth apologize for leaving it. The Sheriff let's them know that Jeremy will take the fall for the whole thing.
