Credo (2015)

In 1854, a mysterious tradition exists in the small, isolated village Everloh: Every 15 years, there are selected 5 young men, who are privileged to pilgrimage to a monastery to become a monk. Matthias, son of a baker, is questioning the myth of the tradition. During his journey, he realizes that the church is hiding a dark secret behind this ritual, which will face the faith and existence of the village with fatal consequences.
