Three detectives must hunt down a somewhat mystical killer who prays on the unsuspecting disabled. Lead detective Morris a veteran cop in A moral conflict within himself has to balance his past with his personal life and deal with his somewhat immature partners rookie detective Machiavelli a washed up rapper who believes he the reincarnation of Tupac Shakur and detective McDonald a chronic gambler who must come to terms with his recent paralysis as well as his broken home all awhile deal with a rash of savage torture beatings and death stemming from decades long occurrences Time is running out as more victims become more frequent and they try to avoid being apart of the paraplegics list.
